5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

If you subscribe to paid services, prices and features are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for previous charges.

Hue Prep may offer a Score Increase Guarantee for eligible SAT students whose official SAT superscore does not increase after using our services. To qualify, the student must have maintained an active paid subscription for at least three consecutive months before the official test date, logged into their account at least once per week during that period, provided valid documentation of their baseline and final official SAT scores, and submitted the refund request within 30 days of receiving the official result. If approved, Hue Prep will refund the subscription fees paid during the qualifying three-month period. Testing fees, third-party fees, outside tutoring, late fees, payment processing fees, and other costs not paid directly to Hue Prep are not covered. Unless otherwise required by law, all other payments are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hue Prep will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites.

9. Termination
